We are among the UK's leading providers of building services to the affordable housing sector. Operating from 50 offices nationwide, we work with more than 250 Registered Providers and Local Authorities.

We believe we are in a privileged position through being able to make a real difference to the lives of people in the places where we work; helping to create affordable homes, employment opportunities and sustainable communities. As well as building and improving homes, we offer life time care for the properties.

We do this using our own, directly employed local teams who provide a raft of specialist services from finding suitable land, arranging viable financial backing and designing schemes through to regenerating communities and responding to calls for urgent repairs day and night, every day of the year. We also have experience of working on retirement living, extra care, PFI and investor led projects.

Rok is committed to working in a way that causes as little harm to the environment as possible and preferably in a way that has a positive benefit. It is listed in the FTSE4Good Index designed to help investors find companies that meet recognised social responsibility standards. Rok has won International Awards from the British Safety Council and achieved its coveted five star rating following health and safety and environmental audits.
