Our expertise working in and around occupied properties makes us popular where a discreet but efficient response is appreciated.
Even in well-maintained properties the unexpected can happen and Rok has a reactive maintenance service equipped to cope with emergencies and their aftermath. Rok has developed its own advanced IT applications to improve the effectiveness of its service. Standard response times are as follows:
- Within two hours for an emergency response (this may exclude some remote locations)
- Within 24 hours for less urgent calls
- Within seven days for planned work
- By agreed appointment to suit both parties
