Overview of our service
Our approach combines independent validation and scoping, claims management and fraud screening with repairs by locally based, multi-skilled technicians. We are the only company able to offer building repairs by such a large number of our own fully trained, local teams of technicians supported by insurance claims expertise - a winning solution from The Nation’s Local Builder TM. Rok provides a complete claims management service that makes a real difference with:
- Initial screening that identifies high risk claims and uninsured damage
- Independent inspection by our team of trained Building Engineers to determine the extent of cover, scope of work and control fraud
- Digital pen technology that captures data onsite and then uploads it immediately to our claims system using a mobile phone. This enables prompt decisions to be made and our technicians to be appointed without delay thus speeding the repair for the policy holder
- Repairs by our own directly employed technicians from one of our 60 plus offices throughout the UK
