About airport services

Rok has been operating in the UK’s busiest airports for many years, having permanent bases in three of them - Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted. We also work for other regional airports, airlines, support services and airport outlets.

We adhere to strict internal and external performance targets and our desire for continuous improvement promotes the sharing of knowledge and best practice between our teams. We owe our success in winning work and delighting our customers in airport environments to a thorough understanding of their specialist requirements. To meet these, we use our own, highly skilled and dedicated teams of technicians, who have the necessary security clearance and expertise to work around the clock in sensitive surroundings.

We appreciate the need to put public safety considerations above all others; the need for detailed planning to minimise disruption and the need for efficient and timely delivery of projects.

All our employees, subcontractors and new suppliers must attend a specific Airport Induction Day with us to gain a full awareness of airport processes and requirements. All those working with us hold full airside security passes. We know it is essential to understand and follow all airport processes to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of every project.

Typical contracts include lounge fit-out, airline relocation, baggage systems, cash machines, car parks, check-ins, information display screens and lifts.
