Technician (Electrician)
Role: Electrical Technician
Purpose:
To work within a local team providing technical/maintenance services on-site and in customers’ premises. To provide consistent, service driven satisfaction whilst completing all aspects of maintenance and refurbishment electrical work.

Accountabilities:
• Carry out quality installations work in customers' premises in a safe
and responsible manner.
• Ensure customer delight by promoting the highest standards of
service delivery and work in accordance with customers'
specifications.
• Ensure you act in an appropriate, polite and courteous manner at all
times with your colleagues and customers.
• Ability to carry out other work such as labouring, minor plastering,
tiling, etc would be an advantage.
• Help other technicians carry out their work when required.
• Carry our risk assessment and method statements and ensure
work is done safely.
• Report regularly on the progress of work being undertaken by you.
Experience:
• Experience of working in customers' homes.
• NICEIC standard qualifications preferably 17th edition.
• History of excellent customer service.
• Housing rewire installations.
• Maintenance and problem solving experience would be useful.
Skills:
• Ability to work on own initiative and to high level of accuracy.
• Trade skills relevant to planned maintenance or construction with
skill in electrical installations and maintenance.
• Passion for customer service.
• Good communication skills, friendly personality and considerate.
• Ability to complete job sheets.
• Flexibility and receptiveness to change.
• Pride in your work.
• Well organised.
• Team player.
• Initiative.
Location: Milton Keynes
Reporting to: Team Leader
Salary: TBC / Dependant on experience
