At Rok we take seriously our responsibility as guardians of the next generation of skilled crafts men and women and business leaders who inspire. That is why we start our recruitment in the primary schools through our many community engagement activities. The Company has won a number of awards for its contribution to education and works closely with the schools, colleges and universities in its local communities. New recruits can join Rok through a variety of routes – straight from school or further education, on sandwich courses or from other companies. We have apprentices, graduates and those opting for a change in career among our new starters. As well as the trades, which are all well represented here, we have roles in project management, sales, customer relations, IT, finance, administration, people development and many more.
