Number one for insurance repairs
Rok has been appointed by Liverpool Victoria (LV=), to provide building repairs.
The agreement, which could be worth up to £40m for Rok over the next three years, secures Rok’s position as number one in the buildings insurance repairs market.
Rok is one of three companies selected by LV= as part of a move to offer an improved and more efficient claims validation and repairs service to customers with buildings insurance.
Rok Insurance Services has a dedicated 24/7 contact centre in Mansfield which handles calls from its growing portfolio of insurance customers and co-ordinates repair work through Rok’s network of local offices and directly employed technicians.
Commenting on the latest agreement, Rok’s Chief Executive, Garvis Snook, said:
“We recognise LV= is continually striving to provide improvements in services for its policyholders and we are delighted to assist in this process, having been selected for its panel of building repairs suppliers.
“This agreement follows the significant investment of time and resources that we have made over the past two years while developing Rok Insurance Services; hard work which I am proud to say has secured our place as the market leader in buildings insurance repairs.”
