About Rochdale
Rok has had a base in Rochdale since it acquired Richardson Projects in 2008. A successful family run building company, the business was set up 25 years ago providing services to housing association and local authority customers across the North West. Its purpose built offices at Willow Point, are minutes from the town centre and the M62.
Led by Stuart Belfield, the business has an enviable reputation for the quality of its projects and its long-term relationships with customers, suppliers, subcontractors and the local community. This has led to high levels of repeat business from its many satisfied customers.
The long established teams in Rochdale and Leeds work mainly on the new build of affordable and social housing with typical contract values between £1m and £10m.
