About Bristol North
The Bristol North office is situated in the heart of the city. The office opened in April 2007 primarily to serve a large framework contract with Bristol City Council to deliver planned repairs to housing stock in Bristol. Under the leadership of Adrian Marshman, the business has now grown to nearly 100 staff and Technicians together serving other customers through strategic frameworks. Such customers include Merlin Housing Society, Anchor Trust, Somer Community Housing Trust and Newport City Homes.
Work ranges from internal refurbishment right the way through to tower block refurbishment. We work closely with our sister office in Bristol with work coverage extending through Bristol to Bath, South Gloucestershire, Clevedon, Chippenham, Weston Super Mare and South Wales. We strive to carry out all projects using the skills of the company's own directly employed people. Our expertise links to the Social Housing market and Refurbishment sector.
