About Warwick

Our Warwick office was acquired in 2007 with a business that had been trading since 1922. The business now specialises in Planned and Response Maintenance, Building and Contracts. We also have a division of the newly launched Plumbing, Heating and Electrical (PH&E). Our business works locally with customers who include Warwickshire County Council, Warwick District Council, University of Warwick and Coventry University, to name a few.

The maintenance team offers a 24 hour call out service as well as programmes of planned maintenance. We operate a fleet of 170 vehicles and employ technicians skilled in all trades, giving us the ability and expertise to undertake multi disciplined contracts.

The build team has a proven track record for operating within demanding circumstances to successfully deliver on a wide range of projects in a variety of sectors. Services include construction, renovation, extensions, alterations and refurbishment with particular expertise in Decent Homes and Social Housing Improvements.

With extensive experience in the Education, Health, Affordable Housing, Industrial, Commercial, Leisure and Retail sectors, our contracts team tackles projects ranging in value up to £10m. We include a Design and Build service giving a complete solution where required.

Warwick's electrical division, formerly known as Barkbury Electrical Services, is incorporated in the new PH&E team consisting of local skilled technicians who have a wealth of experience in repair and maintenance services.
