We believe we are in a privileged position through being able to make a real difference to the lives of people in the places where we work; helping to create affordable homes, employment opportunities and sustainable communities. As well as building and improving homes, we offer life time care for the properties.

We do this using our own, directly employed local teams who provide a raft of specialist services from finding suitable land, arranging viable financial backing and designing schemes through to regenerating communities and responding to calls for urgent repairs day and night, every day of the year. We also have experience of working on retirement living, extra care, PFI and investor led projects.
