Since the amalgamation of the existing Rok office (operating under the Hill & Lang banner) with Lark Construction of Redruth in 2004, Rok's presence in the local market has grown dramatically. In 2006 the two operations moved into new offices on the Truro Business Park built and developed by Rok.

Our continuing growth in Cornwall has seen the Social Housing business develop into the local market leader, working with a number of Framework Partners including Devon & Cornwall Housing, The Guinness Trust, Ocean Housing, Sovereign Housing, Anchor Trust and the Westcountry Housing Association.
