Our multi-skilled technicians carry out detailed analysis of customers' requirements and prepare programmes of regular checks that help reduce building costs, protect materials and prevent accidental damage for the life of the property.
Even in well-maintained properties the unexpected can happen and Rok has a reactive maintenance service equipped to cope with emergencies and their aftermath. Rok has developed its own advanced IT applications to improve the effectiveness of its service. They enable Rok to integrate planning and invoicing systems with those of its customers, such as leading insurance companies and registered social landlords, with whom it has preferred supplier status. Whilst Rok's maintenance work is carried out by local teams familiar with their communities, it is supported by the national resources of the company including induction, training and branding.
