Who Leads Our Company

Garvis Snook
Chief Executive
Appointed as Chief Executive in 2000, since when he has overseen a substantial increase in the Company's scale,
profitability and shareholder value. Garvis leads the Plc Executive team and provides the visionary leadership which has underpinned the
Company's success.

Ashley Martin
Finance Director
Joined the Board as Finance Director in 2003. A Chartered Accountant, Ashley is head of the finance team and plays a key role in the Company's
investor relations and acquisitions.

John Samuel
Operations Director
Appointed as Operations Director in October 2005. John is an experienced construction professional who is responsible for the Company's
building and maintenance operations.

Stephen Pettit
Chairman
Appointed as a non-executive director in January 2005 and became Chairman in April 2005. Stephen is a director of National
Grid Plc, National Air Traffic Services and Halma Plc. Stephen's key responsibility is to chair the Board and to ensure it operates
effectively. He also chairs the Nomination Committee.

Gillian Camm
Senior Independent Director
Joined the Board as a non-executive director in 2002 and became senior independent director in February 2006. Gillian is also a member of the
General Medical Council, where she is Chair of Fitness to Practise. She is Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.

Chris Bailey
Independent Director
Appointed as a non-executive director in March 2005. Chris is a Chartered Accountant and is also a director of Ultra Electronics
Holdings plc. He is Chairman of the Audit Committee.

Ian Ellis
Independent Director
Appointed as a non-executive director in February 2006. A Chartered Surveyor, Ian is an executive director of Land Securities
Group plc and Chief Executive of Land Securities Trillium, the UK's leading property outsourcing company.

Julian Turnbull,
Company Secretary
Appointed as Company Secretary in 1990. A Chartered Secretary, Julian is responsible for providing legal and administrative services
across the Company.
