Garvis Snook
Chief Executive
Appointed as Chief Executive in 2000, Garvis was previously a regional managing director of Morgan Sindall plc. Garvis leads the Plc Executive team and provides the visionary leadership which has underpinned the Company's success.

Ashley Martin
Finance Director
A Chartered Accountant, Ashley joined the Board as Finance Director in 2003. He was previously Group Finance Director of media services company, Tempus Group plc. He is head of the finance team and plays a key role in the Company's investor relations and acquisitions. Ashley is a non-executive director and Audit Committee chairman of Rightmove plc.

Rob Olorenshaw
Chief Operating Officer
Rob joined the Company in 2006 as Group People Director and was appointed to the Board in January 2009. Rob is responsible for a wide range of support services, including human resources, safety, health and environment, customer relations, IT and supply chain. He previously held a number of senior roles in the financial services industry.

Stephen Pettit
Chairman
Appointed as a non-executive director in January 2005 and became Chairman in April 2005. Stephen is a director of National Grid Plc and Halma Plc. His key responsibility is to chair the Board and to ensure it operates effectively. He also chairs the Nomination Committee.

Gillian Camm
Senior Independent Director
Having joined the Board as a non-executive director in 2002, Gillian became senior independent director in February 2006. Gillian is also a Chairman Designate of the University of the West of England and was previously a member of the General Medical Council. She is Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.

Chris Bailey
Independent Director
Chris was appointed as a non-executive director in March 2005. Chris is a Chartered Accountant and was previously Finance Director of Aggregate Industries plc. He is Chairman of the Audit Committee and a director of Ultra Electronics Holdings plc.

Ian Ellis
Independent Director
Ian became a non-executive director in February 2006. A Chartered Surveyor, Ian is Executive Chairman of Telereal Group, the UK's largest property outsourcing company, and a director of Portman Settled Estates Limited. He was previously a director of Land Securities Group plc.
