Our Approach
Our business doesn't exist in isolation. Our employees, customers, suppliers and local communities are all affected by what we do and how we do it. Our services and how we deliver them have a long term impact on people’s lives and the places where they live, work and enjoy themselves. We aim to ensure, where possible, that this impact is positive by keeping our
people safe and fulfilled, being good and caring neighbours and leaving our environment in better shape than we found it.
To see that this responsibility is recognised throughout the company, we have a team called Rok Cares chaired by our chief executive which meets quarterly. We have a team of People advisers who look after the development needs of employees; Safety Health, Environment and Quality coaches who help businesses meet their responsibilities in these fields and customer support teams who share best practice, champion innovation and co-ordinate our responses to the social and charitable needs of our communities.
